“The thing that brings this model down to 3 stars, when normally I would rate this product at a 5, is the new 'improved' mopping pads all have that dusting kind of threads hanging off of it. I don't know what they are really called, but the purple pocket pad has them from the previous model (that we NEVER used). Those particular pads do not clean my tile floors at all. I am glad I have an old pile of the microfiber clothes to use with my new Shark Pocket Mop, or I would have returned it ~ I feel they are that useless, they make the mop not even worth getting if you are being forced to use those things.....” Read More!
